I keep pricing simple.

I charge by the  per hour (plus materials) for certain projects like wood refinishing, rot repair, extensive water damage etc.    Other projects that are more predictable I would provide a verbal estimate then contract if your satisfied with the cost.  Call,Text or Email today for an assessment.
